Probably the ultimate road car to drive is the unmistakable, un-catchable Bugatti Veyron. Every petrolhead would love to have the opportunity to drive a Bugatti Veyron but only very few will get to do so.

At the moment most people have to choose other supercar driving experiences, such as Ferrari driving or Lamborghini driving if they want to buy a driving experience.

The Bugatti Veyron costs around £800,000 to buy, despite it actually costing £5 million to build. VW (the owners of Bugatti) make a huge loss on each Bugatti Veyron they make and sell, with a production list of only 300 to be made!

Everyone who wants to drive a Bugatti Veyron wants to experience what the 8 Litre, 64 Valve, Quad-Turbocharged W16 engine feels like when you put your foot to the floor.

The Bugatti Veyron offers a top speed of 253 mph, as was proved in the Top Gear episode where James May took it to this speed (see the video at the bottom of the page).
