Drive a Steam Train

For any Steam Train enthusiast the chance to drive a steam train will be quite a red letter day in their lives!

Steam Trains are completely different to trains you see on the tracks today, they manually require their engines being stoked with coal to keep them burning. The sight of a Steam Train is a beautiful sight, the big engines up front pulling their carriages being, smoke billowing out of the chimney at the front, the smell of coal and steam and oil and the sound that a steam train makes all add up to making the drive of a steam train very special!

There are a number of very famous steam trains known throughout the world, the most famous being the Orient Express Steam train, others include the "Flying Scotsman" and for the younger generation the "Hogwarts Express" as used in the Harry Potter books and films.
