Oulton Park race circuit 2010 motor racing events

Oulton Park 2010 race events and fixtures have been announced and make for a super year of motor racing at the Cheshire race track.

Below are a list of the main Oulton Park events for 2010.

3/4/5 April: Cooper Tires British F3 and Avon Tyres British GT

24 April: Modified Live

1/2/3 May: MCE British Superbike Championship

22 May: Vintage Sports Car Festival

5/6 June: HiQ Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship

29/30 August: The Oulton Park Gold Cup

8/9/10 October: MCE British Superbike Championship

There is 29 events all together for the Oulton Park 2010 race calendar, with the main ones listed above.

Oulton Park extend viewing areas

Oulton Park Race Circuit in Cheshire has had a few changes through the winter to open up more of the circuit for viewing.

The new vantage points mean that spectators will be able to watch racing at Oulton Park up at the Island hairpin and see Shell Oils corner and the racing down Hill Top which was previously unavailable.

Oulton Park is owned by MotorSport Vision who have invested lots of money into the facilities at Oulton Park race circuit. This season the opening racing will take place over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend of 3rd-5th April and will get off with a bang as the British GT & British F3 championship starts their campaigns at Oulton Park.

Three Sisters

Three Sisters have one of the largest selection of driving experiences in the area which includes a number of different supercar experiences (Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, Aston Martin, Audi R8, Lotus Elise, Ariel Atom), various single seater driving experiences which includes standard single seaters and also the option for a Formula 1 driving experience.

Three Sisters race circuit was a founder member of ARDS (Association of Racing Driver’s Schools) and also one of the first race schools to be recognised by the Motor Sports Association.

Daytona Karting Manchester

Aston Martins & Ferraris at Oulton Park

This Saturday 3rd October 2009 will see the Aston Martin Owners Club come to Oulton Park for a day of racing in what is bound to be a spectacle to behold.

classic aston martin oulton park Aston Martins & Ferraris at Oulton Park Not only will there be loads of Aston Martins to watch but there will also be plenty of Classic Ferraris on show too as the Ferrari Classic series will also be there filling the grid up with all the drivers wanting to show their Ferrari driving skills.

Anyone wanting to watch this spectacle of classic cars should get themselves down to Oulton Park, one of the countries most picturesque and exciting circuits in the Cheshire countryside. The cars will be racing on the 2.6 mile International circuit.
Adult admission is £12 and Senior Citizens £8 with Children aged 12 and under getting in Free.
